I make chalices, patens and pitchers (flagons) and other ware for religious services. I have made work for at least a dozen churches in Minnesota, from small first communion cup sets to large display pieces sized for large sanctuaries. I can make divided or pouring chalices if needed.
I was honored to make the pottery used for the 2012 installation of Bishop Ann M. Svennungsen to the Minneapolis Lutheran Synod. The project featured a half dozen sets of divided chalices and patens. One of the sets was given to Archbishop Babba of Nigeria. Bungalow Pottery has now reached four of the five continents.
Pricing depends on the size of the piece, but is in line with my regular ware. For example, a regualr chalice is $32 and an 11 inch paten would be $42.
